We have 4 different packages for video, Standard, Bronze, Silver and Gold and our editing pricing package begins from only $99!
For photographs, our package begins from $499 for product photos and $549 for lifestyle photos.
We will deliver final video within 7-12 business days after your package has arrived at our office.
EcoVids are not responsible for any loss/damage or misplacement of your products while arriving at the office. Once the products that arrive at the office, we will take reasonable measures that the product does not get misplaced.
Our video package begins from $499, however, if you already have the footage and only require us to edit our pricing is only $99!
Yes, we have a team of incredible scriptwriters and have tie-ups with the few modelling agencies in the city and it is usually where we hire the talents for content creation.
You will have to mention your requirements regarding talent/actors in the questionnaire. To save time and deliver the work on time, at the moment we do not send out model profiles for approvals. We have a casting specialist who takes care of the talent hiring process and gets books the suitable artist for that particular project.
We LOVE animals! We have a handsome puppy named ‘Bombay’ at our office and loves to work with his friends!! (Besides, there is no guarantee that the animal will be cooperative and thus the client may be subject to additional re-shoot fees if we're unable to capture the scenes. Final video delivery may also be delayed)
Depends, if the client’s requirements are very specific and the client has a recommendation regarding a location to shoot on and if there are charges from any third party we let the client know by sending them an email before booking the location. Only after receiving a confirmation from the client we go ahead and carry out the shoot. (Please be aware, final delivery of the work may be delayed until a shoot location is confirmed)
Yes! We have a multi-cultural environment at the office and we can cover almost all language translations.
At first, we provide you up to 3 revisions and if you are still unsatisfied with your order, we will provide with a 50% refund if the issue stems on our end (i.e we are not able to explain the features of the product) This is simply because producing videos/photos are time and resources consuming. We put in a lot of efforts to provide you with our best work. (Please see: we do not refund the product costs and the shipping cost)
Depending upon your requirement and the video package that you have chosen it comes with a specific time duration of the video.
We can deliver a video within 5 days for an additional price of $399.
EcoVids have full copyright ownership of the RAW Footages and completed final Video. Once you purchase through our Website, we will give you a royalty-free license to use the Video, or any part of it, on any platform, or website, for promotional or business purposes that under our sole discretion we deem a valid promotional or business purpose. Full rights to the RAW footages may be purchased for an additional fee of USD 300. Raw files and footage must be purchased within 30 days after the final video delivery. If you have purchased the “GOLD package” on our website, you will have full copyrights included.
Yes! We can edit your clips only for $99! You can order ‘Editing Only Package” on our website and email us your footages via Dropbox or We-Transfer on info@ecovids.com
After the delivery of the final video, you can request the return of your product within 7 business days, after that EcoVids will dispose of the product in its discretion including donating the product to a charity, or organization of our choice.
